VEREX Tasmania is happy to introduce our updated link pipe to suit the 2024 models of the KTM 890 Adventure R and Rally models. VEREX has been offering quality Australian made link pipes for the KTM 790/890 models since their inception in 2019, now updated for the new year models. Full stainless steel construction, hand built in Tasmania for a top quality fitment guarantee. The link pipe serves to give better throttle response and exhaust note, while reducing weight and heat produced by the catalytic converter. Suits both the standard 890 Adventure R and top spec 890 Rally.

How will this affect my bike?
For the 2024 models, KTM has introduced a post-catalyser O2 sensor. Customers have reported that after a period of running (100km-800km), the computer gives a catalyser efficiency warning. This disables cruise control and illuminates a notification on the dash. No other adverse effects to the running of the bike. Customers have found success installing M18 O2 sensor extenders with a catalyser included. We will provide more information on solutions when available.Ā
Please note this hack improves the situation although the light still appears much later. Upto 1600km with 2nd version. Includes hand held code obd reader and clearing ability. Link to listing below.Ā
